ANDRITZ type pulp pump is a high-efficiency, non-blocking and non-leakage pulp pump. It is a new generation pulp pump product developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced pump products and combining the pump requirements of domestic paper and pulping enterprises. It has obvious high efficiency. It has the advantages of good anti-clogging performance, no leakage during operation and convenient installation and maintenance. It is widely used in the transportation of pulp media in paper and pulping enterprises. Structural Features
The pump has a rear door opening structure, so there is no need to disassemble the pipeline during maintenance.
The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are designed according to the force.
The impeller adopts a three-blade or six-blade open impeller, which is very efficient and does not require axial thrust compensation. It is easy to maintain and has a low chance of clogging.
The pump shaft is supported by a combination of oil-lubricated, heavy-load and friction-resistant imported cylindrical roller bearings and radial thrust ball bearings and angular contact ball bearings. Cylindrical roller bearings are installed at the pump end, and radial thrust ball bearings are installed face-to-face at the rotating end.
Shaft seals mainly include pumping rings plus single-end mechanical seals, packing seals, single-end mechanical seals, tandem mechanical seals, double-end mechanical seals, pumping rings and single-end mechanical seals, combined seals, and dynamic seals. There are six types in total. Users can Select according to requirements and actual operating conditions
The impeller is made of lost wax precision casting and dynamically balanced for verification
The materials include cast iron, cast steel, ordinary stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel
